End Result, led by industry veteran Ed Dalesandro, has been servicing the Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia markets for 37 years. Ed started in this industry as an audio enthusiast and subsequently a campus rep, selling college students stereos. He turned his passion into a successful career that has spanned almost four decades. No one knows car audio like Ed Dalesandro. Ed is actively involved in industry associations such as CEDIA, MERA (Mobile Electronics Retailers Association) and IASCA where he initiated and organized the “crank it up series” and spawned an industry of performance car audio. He sat on the Board of Directors for MERA to get a better understanding of dealer needs. Ed truly cares about his business partners and is not just about taking an order. He works hard to grow his manufacturers and dealers businesses. Ed’s initials, E.N.D., were the inspiration for the company name. His passion for sales, consumer electronics, community and helping businesses grow have been the driving forces behind the firm’s success. He believes in hard work and provides support for his manufacturers, dealers and integrators.

We focus on the needs and demands of our territory to drive profitability and growth. We strive for only excellence in the service we provide our dealers and distributors.

sales representative Nicole Rice, Office Manager

Nicole Rice is the office manager for End Result. She has been with the firm for 2 years and has quickly become part of the family. Nicole made the switch to the consumer electronics industry after receiving her master’s degree in counseling and working as a counselor for special needs children and adolescences for many years. She brings her kind and caring nature and great communication skills to the End Result Team and serves our community well. She has embraced this industry and worked hard to quickly become a valued part of the End Result team.

Nicole is the in-office liaison between the manufacturers and the dealers. She provides our partners with the highest level of customer service. Nicole puts our client’s best interest first and is always ready to solve problems. As well as being the direct line to the manufacturer, she manages orders invoicing, returns and new dealer applications. Nicole leads the charge for the End Result Show. She is always in the office and ready to provide support to Ed and the End Result partners.

Rusty North past Owner of North Peak Sales Inc. for 30 years , is a recognized industry veteran in the Ohio Valley that has also spent time in Manufacturing , Distribution , Retail and being a Manufacturer Representative . He understands business in the home and mobile consumer electronics field. Relationships are key to Rusty and he prescribes to the same philosophy as End Result which is “sell yourself 1^st and never let the box you are selling embarrass you.” Rusty takes pride in what he sells and it shows.
